Return / Replacement / Cancellation Policy

At MeeraShree Global Traders (OPC) Private Limited. (“us,” “we,” or “our”), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes you may need to Return/Replace/Cancel a product or request a replacement as we also provide the Export import services. This Return / Replacement /Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions of our return /replacement /Cancellation process

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a Return / Replacement /Cancellation within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and packaging, and you must provide a valid reason for the return.

To initiate a Return / Replacement /Cancellation, please contact our customer service team at sales@meerashreeglobal.com. Please include your order number, the reason for the Return / Replacement /Cancellation, and any photos or additional information that may be helpful. Our customer service team will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to Return / Replacement /Cancellation on the product.

Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it is in its original condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and we are not responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the product.

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we will replace it free of charge. To request a replacement, please contact our customer service team at sales@meerashreeglobal.com within 7 days of the delivery date. Please include your order number, the reason for the replacement, and any photos or additional information that may be helpful.
Our customer service team will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the damaged or defective product. Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it is damaged or defective, we will ship a replacement product to you free of charge.

Exclusions

The following products are not eligible for returns or replacements or Cancellations

  • Products that have been used or opened
  • Custom-made products
  • Products that have been altered or modified
  • Products that have been damaged due to misuse or abuse

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a return or replacement if the product does not meet the above criteria.

International Returns

If you are returning a product from outside of India, please note that you are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes associated with the return. We recommend that you use a shipping service with tracking and insurance to ensure that the product is returned safely and to track the status of your return.
